Admittedly, it took time for me to recognize how deeply my life's purpose was reflected in the outcomes and impact of my work. Every project I led or facilitated revealed my innate drive to inspire hope, uncover possibilities, and create opportunities. The fulfillment I found in being part of the transformation of businesses growing, pivoting, and reinventing themselves was profound.

By June 2021, I had seen too many brilliant businesses crumble under global pressures. To me, it wasn't just headlines - it was personal. These were visionaries, friends, and community pillars. Their struggles revealed a hard truth: as human beings with businesses we evolved to manage against scarcity not complexity evolving faster than our tools to navigate it. I couldn't just watch because we were all being affected by these major events, and for many of us, it hit very close to home.

I believe we're not here to just weather storms - we're here to harness their energy. So, we began building our M-PACTâ„¢ platform and systematizing the CODEâ„¢ methodology to cut through the chaos, transforming raw data into the next breakthrough, elevating decision-making before, during, and after every challenge. Through this, leaders and founders can make informed decisions they can be confident about. Finally, they can focus on what is urgent and important instead of trying to be everything to everyone, all the time.
